Each of us must have experienced at least once in our lifetime the marvelousfeeling of relief that comes upon retreating to a quiet corner. We feel so free anduplifted that the miseries of daily life and the difficulties that assail us are instantlyforgotten.

Indeed, silence is noteasily attained. It is like gold. Fake gold is common enough, but real gold can onlybe found by re-movind impurities and extracting it from the dross that contains it.
